Crawford Mechanical Services was chosen to provide Mechanical and Plumbing services for the new Viasat building. This is a Core and Shell building where Crawford installed the mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration and plumbing systems. We installed (2) 275 ton chillers, (4) air handlers, pumps and other mechanical equipment, served by custom fabricated 6″ and 8” mechanical piping. Crawford installed the ductwork, louvers, dampers, underground and overhead plumbing piping systems, roof drains, condensate piping, plumbing equipment, and the new controls system as part of a complex controls sequence.
