My wife and I started thinking about moving to Phoenix while visiting for our grandson’s birthday in Fall 2021. I put some feelers out for jobs while we were in town. Not long after returning to Florida I got a call from Bryan Crawford. We spoke for over an hour, and he put me in contact with Frederick for an interview. The rest is history. I’ve been with Crawford since October 2021, and I wouldn’t change a thing. If there is one word to describe working for Crawford Mechanical, it would be VALUED.

I was referred to Crawford Mechanical by an old coworker who informed me that this was a really good company, that it was growing fast, and that there is lot of opportunity. I’ve been with Crawford now for 2 years.  In my 30 years in the trade, I’ve never seen a company grow so fast and do so well. I enjoyed working as a foreman and recently moved into the estimating division.  I am so pleased that they have given me this opportunity to work toward new goals in my life. There are not many companies that give their employees the opportunities that Crawford does. Everyone here has a great attitude and enjoys what they’re doing.
