Description:
Crawford Mechanical Services was chosen to provide Mechanical and Plumbing services for the new 5 story 542 suite Hilton hotel in downtown Phoenix. This is a combination hotel with larger suites on one side of the building and smaller suites on the other. Crawford installed the HVAC and refrigeration system throughout, including rooftop condenser units, fan coil units, split systems, and ductwork. Crawford installed the underground and overhead piping for the complex, serving 542 suites, water supplying the rooftop pool, condensate system, several vertical vent stacks and equipment.
