Description: 
Crawford Mechanical Services was hired for the Mechanical and Plumbing construction on the new Arizona State University Tempe District Utility Plant. This new central utility plant serves the Tempe west campus thermal utility needs and provides additional chilled and heated water capacity to meet the current and future needs of surrounding campus facilities. Crawford Mechanical’s scope includes: Heating, Ventilation, RTU Air Conditioning (HVAC), HVAC Air Distribution, Ventilation Hoods, Central Heating Equipment, Central Cooling Equipment (including all Chillers), Mechanical Piping (both air and water), Cooling Towers, and all other associated mechanical equipment. Sanitary Piping (underground and above ground), Storm Piping (underground and above ground), Water Distribution, and Plumbing Fixtures.
