Crawford Mechanical Services is the best mechanical company I have worked for in my HVAC career. They have figured out how to make employees feel like family and not a number, while at the same time growing the business, using a corporate structure so the company stays healthy and employees always have work.
I was referred to Crawford Mechanical by an old coworker who informed me that this was a really good company, that it was growing fast, and that there is lot of opportunity. I’ve been with Crawford now for 2 years.  In my 30 years in the trade, I’ve never seen a company grow so fast and do so well. I enjoyed working as a foreman and recently moved into the estimating division.  I am so pleased that they have given me this opportunity to work toward new goals in my life. There are not many companies that give their employees the opportunities that Crawford does. Everyone here has a great attitude and enjoys what they’re doing.
